I confess, I am 37 years old and I have never actually learned how to iron clothes the right way. When I was a child, my grandma did the ironing while I was usually playing farmhand to my grandpa. I don’t know how it is at your house, but I can never find a pencil for one of the kids when they ask. I have no idea what happens to our pencils, but they are an endangered species at homework time. I have a jar on a shelf in the dining room reserved for writing utensils and it holds pens very well. However, pencils never seem to last. And don’t even get me started on finding a sharpener.
