The only requirement is that you have or make a yahoo email account, which are free. Then you visit the website, and see if there is a chapter of this program near you. If there is you can join it for free, if there isn’t why not take the time to set one up yourself?

It’s called Freecycle, and it was developed to enable people to help people, and keep more trash out of our landfills which benefits the environment. People offer things they no longer want… if you need something you can post a “need” to see if anyone has what you need laying around and don’t use it anymore.
